A player who has purchased a pullover and loses or damages it will be required to purchase another.

Pre-Game Meals:

It is recommended that players should eat a meal that is high in carbohydrates (Spaghetti, pancakes, etc.) approximately 2 hours before a contest. NO PLAYER is to drink any type of ENERGY drink prior to a contest. These will dehydrate an athlete, and the “BUZZ” they feel will wear off before the game and the body will begin to “CRASH”. Parents & players can check out these websites for more info.
