Note:  This is the first draft of an agenda. I will be tweaking it in the next few weeks. Please feel free to send items you feel should be on the agenda or enhance any of the items already listed.  - Ed.

1. Call to order & roll call.

2. Discussion & adoption of Constitution & By Laws

        a. Incorporation

3. Discussion & adoption of league Rules & Regulations

        a. For 2008 , do we require everyone to play every team in the state, etc.?

        b. Game & stats reporting

4. League Alignment & Game Requirements

5. Discussion of a playoff system.

        a. May 17 is the last day Linsly can play a game, including championship game
            This would be a good day to have the WV Championship. The teams in the WPSLA can then continue playing if they are in their playoffs.

        b. Some teams are not allowed to play on Sunday.

        c. Playoff location - Wheeling Island, Laidley Field, Morgantown, other. Pro & Con

6. Underclass team for - Colonial Cup? Ohio? Rutgers?

7. Dues structure - Dependent upon playoff format, funding of underclass team, etc.

? - Deadline for turning in scheduled to ALOA & League Secretary (or designate)
Feb./Mar.? - Pre-season meeting (do we need one?)
May ? - Last day for regular season games
May ? - WV Season ending meeting
May ? - WV Tournament begins
May ? - WV Championship
June ? - Underclass tryouts - Colonial Cup? Ohio? Rutgers?
