Note from Bill Warnick:
I just booked a suite at Euro-suites across from the stadium for the MILT
weekend. I called in and spoke to their business development. I was able
to secure 10 suites- each with two queen beds/sleeper sofa/kitchenettes
for anyone coming in to play on the WVU Alumni Lacosse team. They dropped
the price down to $99+tax/night for us. You have to call the hotel
and let them know the rooms are blocked off for the WVU Alumni lacrosse
team. We have 10 suites blocked off, but they have a total of 17
available. These 10 rooms will be held for us up until 18SEP09, after
that they are released to the general and would go back to reg. price if
they are available.
If you make a reservation and need to back out b/c the MILT doesn't
happen or you can't make it, you can cancel at no charge they said.
